Wine produced from a selection of pure Sangiovese grapes from vineyards of medium skeletal structure with presence of clays.
Ruby red in colour, this wine expresses the typical aromas of the grape variety that are enhanced by permanence in wood. The taste is typical of acidity and grape tannins enhance Sangiovese.
Special wine that it goes particularly well with the most important dishes of Tuscan cuisine

Aged 24 months in barriques

Vineyards located around Montaione.
Ground: with medium skeletal structure with little presence of clayey
Altitude: 400 meters above sea level
Exposure: South/south-west
Farm Type: spurred cordon; 5,500 Grape bunches per hectare

Vinified in red with long maceration on the grape marcs.
 Aged in barriques for 24 months
