Wine made from only Sangiovese's grapes in purity (called Morellino area). It has a ruby red color introducing an intensive vinous aroma and a dry and warm taste. The "country" characters of Maremma come out forcefully from this wine.
It goes well with pasta dishes like ravioli or pici with meat
