This farmhouse is located in a very quiet and relaxing area (elevation 500 mt.), at only 5 km from Montaione. Bosco Lazzeroni is part of Il Sapito estate, the biggest among Tognetti's estates: 105 hectares of oak woods, chestnut trees, Mediterranean scrub, vineyards, olive trees, lakes for free fishing. inside the estate there is our restaurant, "Il Brigante" and another farmhouse also named Il Sapito

The paths start from the parking and take to the farm breeding enclosures, to the game preserve with pheasants and roe deers, along our restaurant Il Brigante, olive trees and vineyards, and end at San Vivaldo monastery.

Il Sapito farmhouse is a very special countryside location, immersed in the surrounding wood. It's the biggest of Poderi Tognetti: 105 hectares including oaks, chestnut trees, Mediterranean scrub, Vineyards, olive trees, lakes for free fishing. inside the estate there is our restaurant, "Il Brigante" and another farmhouse, Bosco Lazzeroni

It is located on a hill (600 mt.), in a dominating position. The landscape is magnificent: it overlooks the sea on the horizon line, Apuane summits and the peculiar Chianti Classico hill

This complex was perfectly restored by a well-known architect from Florence and it is made of a farmhouse and barn. There are eight very comfortable apartments preserving the original architectural features

The apartments are furnished with precious Tuscan furniture, reserved access, exclusive gardens protected by rosemary, lavender and laurel oaks hedges, overshadowed by century-old oaks and cypresses. The flowered paths lead to the swimming pool, located in a sunny terrace, to the shady car park and then join the other paths surrounding the estate. along your walk you will find the Cinta Senese wood enclosures, the game preserve area, vineyards and olive trees, and the historical Sacro Monte di San Vivaldo
