Wine cellar

The wine cellar is located in the inner part of the estate on a hill overlooking the vineyards. This local stone building is made of two adjoining rooms. The first one is an ancient watchtower hosting nowadays a tasting room and offices, the second one is more recent and it is the actual wine-making place. Wine containers are all in stainless steel. The aged wine is put in special barrique barrels and stored in the same place

Wines

All the wine produced by this Podere come from organic-grown vineyards.
The range is made of two wines, Chianti Classico and Chianti Classico Riserva, that are part of the old DOCG tradition. Together with the newest agronomy principles and the usage of new Sangiovese clones.
The ground structure is very compact and this makes the grapes rich in sugar and polyphosphate giving the wines their peculiar taste
