Wine cellar

Podere Il Sapito doesn't have its own wine cellar for the wine-making activities, so this service is provided by Podere La Casetta located only a few kilometres away ( about this wine cellar features we invite you to visit the internal section about that Podere La Casetta) where wine-making and storage in special containers take place

Wine

All the wines produced by this Podere come from organic-grown vineyards. The range is made of only two wines: Il Brigante (red) and L' Eremita (white). Those wine's names recall historical characters who lived in the woods surrounding those vineyards, that is to say the Crippled gang and San Vivaldo, a hermit coming from San Gimignano.
Both red and white fruit wines have special flavours because of the elevation, of the peculiar ground and the special environment conditions
