Product obtained from the liver of Cinta Senese pigs in the semi-wildness. The product is packaged in glass jars.

Technical Processing

Prepared a Sauté of odors using extra virgin olive's oil, add the previously boiled and chopped liver, white wine, butter, tomato pulp, salt and pepper. It follows putting in the jars and the sterilization. There are not added nor preservatives and colorants.
