Tomato and meat sauce of Cinta Senese's pig DOP
Product obtained by PDO Cinta Senese's pig meat raised semi-wild state in the hills of Valdelsa. The product is packaged in glass jars.

Prepared a Sauté of odors using extra virgin olive oil and is left to cook for two hours. Then, you add meat and red wine, tomato pulp, salt and pepper and let it boil for another two hours. Thirty minutes before removing from the heat, add the Bay leaves which are then removed after cooking. It follows the fill butter and sterilization autoclaving. There are not added nor preservatives and colorants.
