Wine cellar

The wine cellar is located on the top of a hill completely surrounded by vineyards. From that position you can see the seaside and the Parco dell'Uccellina. It is located on two levels. The first one is used as service room while the lower ground floor is decorated with vaults and it is 800 sq.m. wide. Wine tanks are made in stainless steel. There is a big barrels area for Morellino Riserva ageing

Wine

This farm produces three different kinds of Morellino di Scansano DOCG: the basic, Crv and Riserva, all preserving the special flavour of Morellino. Those hard and peculiar lands give very complex wines and this is mainly because of the Sangiovese, as the DOCG procedural guidelines state.
The presence of a small part of Ciliegiolo and Alicante gives a peculiar taste to these wines
